By choosing to make a reservation at TWO VAULTS villa, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- BOOKING: A deposit of 30% of the total amount (including villa rental, any additional services, and applicable fees) must be paid to secure your booking. The remaining amount must be paid 30 days prior to your arrival date. If you make a reservation within 30 days of your arrival date, the full amount is due at the time of booking.
- PAYMENT: All payments must be made in euros. We accept bank transfers.
- CANCELLATION: If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. Cancellation fees are:
- More than 60 days before arrival: 30% of the total amount.
- 60 days or less before arrival: 100% of the total amount.
- CHANGES TO RESERVATION: If you need to make changes to your reservation, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that changes are subject to availability.
- CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT TIMES: Check in time is after 15:00 pm on the day of arrival, and check out time is before 10:00 am on the day of departure. Late check out may be available upon request, subject to availability.
- OCCUPANCY: The maximum occupancy for TWO VAULTS villa is eight people. Additional guests are not permitted without prior approval from the owner.
- SMOKING AND PETS: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. Pets are not allowed on the premises.
- LIABILITY: We are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury to guests or their property during their stay at TWO VAULTS villa. Guests are responsible for the proper use and care of the villa and its contents.
